“INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN GAIRAH SISWA DALAM BELAJAR”

It is not easy for teacher to administering on learning students in school. Sometimes students have some problems on their ways to learn some materials in certain subject. Such as, they cannot memorize the material in history subject, or counting well in mathematics. But in fact, there is no accurate ways how to teach our student well and it is also hard to make teacher to change the way how they teach so that the students can accept the material easily. According to Khus and Ball, at least 4 difference of point of view about how should learning could be implemented:
1. Group that have opinion about learning should emphasize on understanding materials (content focused – conceptual understanding)
2. Group that have opinion about learning need priority on the result of study.
3. Group that have opinion about learning focus on the student so that they can expand, explore and build the knowledge
4. Group that have opinion about administering to focus on classroom so that the classroom can be conducive and effective for studying.
Nowadays, education based on competency is become the alternative to conduct learning which is emphasizing on the ability that satisfy criteria for graduation. The competency base is expanding by elaborating the principle of standard competency become basic skills. The kind of basic skills are affective abilities, cognitive abilities, and the last is psychomotor abilities.
The substance of subject learner include:
a) Developmental Aspect of Cognitive
The point of view of Ebbut and Steaker is the potency of the students could be expand optimally, assumption about the characteristic subject learner and the implication on learning .
b) Developmental Aspect of Affective
c) Developmental Aspect of Psychomotor
In order the students excited and have motivation in learning, teachers need to realize the change of paradigm such as : student must active, democratic, mistake have value of pedagogies, orientation is according to the process and the final result, discussion, internal motivation, variation on the method of learning, less informal, facilitator, close to the students and also sharing everything about mathematics with the students, especially with the students who have some problems with mathematics.
